hello world. i'm back.
been close to a month with no updates. 'cept that last one by lyn. it's 2 months and counting and counting and counting! :D
haven't been updating 'cuz i really had no time on my hands at all. my schedule sucks. major understatement there. 3 consecutive 3 day cycles in october and then back to 2 day cycles all the way in novemeber. that means aloy is gonna have no life at all as long as this keeps up. half a bloody day to book out every cycle, how am i gonna find time for friends, family, dota etc. and yeah, this blog isn't very high on the priority list. :D
i have been spending lotsa time with my baby and it's bliss! (: we've had a coupla tiffs but i still love her to bits. hey i know i can be a jerk sometimes, but bear with me aye, you mean a lot to me. (:
so much has happened in these few weeks but i can't recall much. my monotonous lifestyle can be pretty draining, more psychologically than physically. it sucks when i gotta leave lyn on the night before duty, and spend the next 2 days just thinking of her. i've got no time for friends too, gotta postpone meeting ed and ben once already. sorry buds! i'll try to meet yall when i next have a weekend off aight!
oops i'm rambling bout army again.
ares has been dying on me recently, can't seem to be able to connect but it finally worked out today. yayness! lotsa people seem to be cutting down downloading of songs. i don't think i am, music's too pretty damn much important. but i'ma just not go overboard lest i attract some unwanted attention.
oh oh this weekend was bliss! i managed to leave my dumb squadron anniversary thingy early on saturday afternoon. i spent the whole saturday morning running about sentosa with boonrui, doing some amazing race thing. there were like zero babes la, even on siloso. oops. :D and anyway i rushed off early to meet lynnie dear, and that was the start of the happiest weekend this year.
we headed back to my crib after she dragged me shopping for groceries for lunch tmr. gosh, i tell you, girls can just walk on and on and on and not feel tired. and so poor aloy was lugging his army bag, 3 bags of groceries and her sling bag all the wayyyy home. pig! pffttt! LOL. we played a coupla games then went off for dinner at her place. then they dragged me to the east coast pool parlour and we dota-ed the night away. that was mega fun, but dota was secondary. it was really nice spending time with lyn, though darren was there too. LMAO. but with my schedule and all, i really treasure the times i spend with her. maybe that's one good thing about army. or airforce in my case.
she dropped by earlier today and fixed up this huge feast. i swear she was making food for a whole family of 3 generations. HAHA. either that or she wants to stuff me and make me pile on the pounds. thanks for the lunch baby. you're the sweetest thing. (: and dear lyn spent the whole afternoon mapling awayy lahhh. dumb pearl harbour birds and helicopters! pfftttt!
i think my family likes her though. (:
i know i'm going back tmr, but i'm not gonna whine bout it. i'll be out on wednesday and i'm definitely gonna make time for you. lovelove! :D please take care of that cough/flu aye!
it's back to the monotonous cycle tmr again. internal squabbling over duties, brainless routine patrols...
still, life is goooood. (:
