one thing one of my men told me i truly agree with - doing parades aren't 'shiong', but it's so mind-numbing because you do the same thing over and over again. it gets so mechanical after awhile, with us being told to be 'sharper', more 'precise' yada yada. and all the fucking parades are exactly the same! i mean, how many malay commands do you know sheesh, basically it's all the same.
hello world, i'm back. have been busy, oh boy, really busy. saf day's this sunday, ndp family show is this saturday. cram in another 3 safdp rehearsals and that practically sums up my entire week. hoho..
do men really take commanders' kindness for granted sometimes? well, the vibes i'm getting seem to support that. isn't it basic courtesy, if we treat you nice, shouldn't you make an effort to fulfill the most fundamental of your responsibilities to keep both yourself and your commanders out of trouble?
maybe some people don't have that much in terms on EQ. but what about simple conscience?

welcome back girlfriend! :D how were the rocks statues and wooden tombs in china? (:
sighh i am damn sick of doing drills and parades now. i can totally understand how 13th mono felt earlier this year (remembering how blissfully ignorant i was). just the thought of safdp rehearsals itself can be such a turnoff. imagine standing still in a parade on a scorching hot afternoon, covered from head to toe, cradling a 2kg heavy rifle for 90 minutes, all for the sake of commemorating yet another year of national slavery.
as a result of my hectic schedule, i now spend, on average, 1 and a half days at home a week. fuck. that's even less than a 5-day-stay-in-work-week. sigh. and you know what, we probably won't even get off's 'cuz of the fucked up off management as tengah. so aloysius is just looking forward to 9th august - finish ndp and can officially get into the ORD mood!! :D
on a more serious note, i think i'm such a disappointment. ):

hello all! i've got the new skin now thanks to the girlfriend. (: nice eh? and i'ma revive my blog again. uhm yeah again.
unfortunately, the most eventful incident this week was my 4th traffic offence in 3 months. yeah, gg me. outrageously unlucky me. sighh haven't told my mum yet, she'll flip lor. and that means that this month, i'd have effectively no cash to spend at all. boy am i fucked..
pig's off gallivanting in china now, and she says its horribly hot and boring and she can't wait to be back. haha. well, we ain't the arty-farty, 'oh-my-god-look-at-the-pretty-mountain-beneath-the-clouds' kind. i wouldn't choose to go china anytime man, hahaha!
oooh speaking of vacations, I WANNA GO ON A HOLIDAY TOO!
it's been ages since i've been on one. last one was hongkong last year. erb. but but before that, was like in sec4!! that's loooong. i wanna go japan! or phuket! i went off to send lyn and family off at the airport today and boy, did i miss the feeling of going on holiday, plane ride and all. i think i'd probably even enjoy the packing lah! lmao.
i'm on leave today, and tmr's off. i shall say it here so that i'll make good: ALOYSIUS IS GOING TO THE GYM TMR! I PROMISE! NO MORE PROCRASTINATING!
